Andrew Hosakul, an International Business Management (IBM) student, was selected from a highly selected pool of international applications to attend the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) Conference at Harvard University from April 3-6, 2008 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
The HPAIR conference is the largest annual student conference in the Asia-Pacific region, attracting a wide variety of distinguished speakers and future leaders. The project aims at offering a sustained academic program and a forum of exchange to facilitate discussion of exchange to facilitate discussion of the most important economic, political, and social issues relevant to the Asia-Pacific region. Past speakers at the HPAIR conferences include former South Korean President and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Kim Dae Jung, Governor General of Australia Peter Hollingworth, and Singapore PresidentS.R. Nathan.
