IBM Curriculum

Overview

The purpose of the international business concentration is to enhance the interpersonal and intercultural management skills for prospective managers.  Our curriculum is designed to train students to be fluent in international business language and to have a global mindset. Students will be equipped with a global macro-environment perspective that provides them with the cultural, political, legal, and economic knowledge they need for micro-management of their businesses.

Program Objectives:

1. To develop proficiency in subject matters related to the various concentrations.

2. To enable the students through internship to obtain real world experience.

3. To equip the students with skills in presentation, analysis and problem solving.

4. To prepare the students for careers in national and international organizations.

5. To provide the students the analytical tools and conceptual framework needed to understand the 6international financial, political and economic environments.

7. To enable the students to understand business from an international perspective and design strategies to improve an organization's quality, productivity and competitive position.
